Returns:
FracArt by Electro Life Pty Ltd handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify and return the item within 30 days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the shipping return cost.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate promptly a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Your shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will for the cost of the original item only. All refunds are made at the discretion of FracArt by Electro Life Pty Ltd.
Exchange Policy:

If an exchange is requested for sizing, please email our customer support team at fracartBUS@gmail.com with the word ‘Exchange’ in the subject line. Please give details of the fit.
