Shipping

We will ship within compostable or recyclable bags.

You are responsible for your shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to your item price.

Shipping costs cannot be claimed, they are non-refundable.

I just placed my order, when will my items ship?

Due to our hand manufacture and printing we generally ship within 2-3 business days. 
Please note that due to COVID-19 there are some delays in transit, we appreciate your patience.

How long will it take before I receive my order after it has been shipped?

After your order has been delivered to the Australian Post Office, delivery times are outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates can vary depending on many factors including your location and possible peak season delays.

Local Pick-ups:

We offer local pick up from the Northern Rivers, NSW area. Please email us at: fracartBUS@gmail.com with the word ‘Pick-up’ in the subject line for further location information before buying. When ordering please select the pickup option during checkout.

Once you have placed your order we will contact you to schedule your pick up. Orders are to be collected within 7 days.

Reuse and Recycle

We try our hardest to reduce our amount of waste and like to reuse/recycle where ever we can, which means that sometimes your order may arrive in a reused package/box. We encourage you to also reuse and recycle where possible.
